Mountain Love and Memorable Moments at Pats Peak

Tucked into the scenic hills of Henniker, New Hampshire, Pats Peak is best known as a ski resort—but it also transforms into a cozy, elevated wedding venue with rustic charm and panoramic views. On May 31st, 2025, I photographed this joyful celebration on behalf of White Mountain Wedding Photography.

Despite a steady rain throughout most of the day, spirits were high and love was everywhere. I relied on flash to beautifully light the ceremony and reception, capturing the emotion of the day even in low light. We lucked out with a brief break in the weather after the family portraits and were able to step outside for a few intimate shots surrounded by misty mountain air.

The energy of this wedding was unforgettable—from the laughter-filled family moments to the lively dancing that carried the celebration into the night. A testament to the joy that shines through no matter the weather.
